Almost 69% workers not engaged at work (2014 study)

According to the latest research, the vast majority of employees couldn’t give a rip about their employers.   Wasted lives, wasted talent. The companies that do inspire engagement have an inspiring mission, have a talented workforce who feel valued, and transparent top management, among other  factors.
